Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at bk8login at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited without compensation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration and thereafter is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, email address, and payment details. Inaccurate information may result in delays or failure in processing withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for keeping your bk8login account login credentials confidential. bk8login is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised disclosure of your password. Bk8login reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. bk8login reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawals as a security measure. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered under the same name as the bk8login account.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements specified for each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the rollover requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. All Amounts in MYR: bk8login does not charge any currency conversion fees. What you deposit in RM is what you play with, and your winnings are withdrawn in RM with no exchange deductions.
The bk8login Welcome Bonus is available to new members who make their first deposit and meet the specified minimum requirements. This bonus is for wagering purposes only and is subject to the rollover requirements stated on the Welcome Bonus. Each new member is eligible for one Welcome Bonus only.

The bk8login VIP Programme offers five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – with escalating benefits at each level, including automatic weekly rebates, higher betting limits, faster withdrawal processing, and a dedicated personal account manager for Diamond members. Tier upgrades and downgrades occur automatically based on account activity within the designated evaluation period. bk8login reserves the right to modify the VIP tier structure, benefits, or criteria with reasonable notice.
Weekly rebates are automatically credited to the member's account balance every Tuesday, calculated based on net losses incurred during the previous week's betting period. Rebate rates range from 0.5% (Bronze) to 2.5% (Diamond). Rebates are not subject to any rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly. The minimum rebate amount credited is RM 5.
All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the bk8login system are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the member. This includes bets placed on Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches, BWF badminton, e-sports, and all other sports available on the bk8login platform. Cancellation requests will not be entertained unless a verifiable technical error on bk8login's part can be demonstrated.
If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be refunded to the account balance. If a match is postponed after it has started and does not resume within 24 hours of the original schedule, pre-match bets will be refunded unless the result has been officially determined by the relevant sporting body.
Bk8login reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a market closes. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not the current or closing odds. Any obvious errors in published odds — such as odds that differ significantly from the prevailing market due to a technical error — may be voided by bk8login, with funds returned to the account balance.
Bk8login sets maximum bet and winning limits for each sport, league, and market type. These limits may change from time to time and may vary according to a member's VIP tier. Actual winning limits are based on the combined outcome of all bets settled on the same match, not on individual stakes alone.

Winnings not credited due to a verifiable technical disruption will be resolved within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of the investigation.

In cases of closure due to a violation, bk8login reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with such fraudulent activity.
If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of terms — such as a business decision or operational change — any valid deposit balance available will be refunded to the member via the payment method originally used.

Any eligible balance (non-bonus cash balance that meets the minimum withdrawal conditions) will be returned within the stipulated timeframe once the closure process is complete.
